When you install and use the App, we access the following data from your Shopify store through the Shopify API:

• Product data: Product titles, SKUs, barcodes, and variant information to generate barcode labels.
• Order data: Order numbers and line items to generate order-based labels.

We do not collect or store any personal customer data from your store. We do not access customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or payment information.

How We Use Information

We use the accessed data solely to:

• Generate barcode labels based on your product and order information
• Store your label templates and printing preferences
• Track label usage for plan limits

Data Storage

We store the following data on our servers:

• Shopify session tokens (for authentication)
• Label templates you create
• Print logs (label count and timestamps)
• Your subscription plan status

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties. Your data is only used within the App to provide its functionality.

Data Retention and Deletion

When you uninstall the App, we automatically delete your session data and subscription records. Upon receiving a shop data deletion request from Shopify, we delete all associated data including label templates and print logs.

GDPR Compliance

We comply with GDPR and Shopify's mandatory privacy requirements. We handle:

• Customer data requests: We do not store customer personal data, so no data is returned.
• Customer data erasure: We do not store customer personal data, so no data needs deletion.
• Shop data erasure: All shop-related data is deleted upon request.
